The quality of the product is wonderful. However, I ordered a vest with tartan lining, and received a vest with black lining. I tried to contact support, and was able to send a picture to the agent who answered the messaging service on the website, but did not get confirmation that they were sending me the best I ordered and paid extra for, and have not heard back since. I have been trying to contact support since the vest arrived, and that was the only time that I was able to talk to anyone.
