I submitted a second order from them that I’m still waiting for news on. It has been 19 days as of this review with no word despite me reaching out by phone, email, and even Facebook messenger. If the order has been delayed the bare minimum they could do is communicate as much since it was intended for an event. So far, terrible customer service.
