On December 13th 2020 i ordered a beanie from they´re website. 9 days later December 22nd i got email from them: "Great News! Your order #has been dispatched and is on its way to you." I went to the DHL tracking service and since then this is written:"Shipper has generated a shipment label, but the shipment has not yet been handed over to DHL" Couple of days ago i sent them a e-mail to see what is the situation with the package and they answer me with this: "Thank you for your order. Guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery date has now passed. All our stores are open." I sent them another message to see is it because of BREXIT or COVID and they still didn´t answered me. I hope that i well get my beanie by this month because this is the worst customer service i have encountered with...
