I recently wanted to purchase a pair of trainers in your manchester arndale store no customer service in this store whats so ever they tried telling me they didn’t have the pacific trainer in stock or in the size I was after but the display one was the size so I asked again if I could purchase this one it’s like it was too much trouble I was actually getting annoyed by this point as the staff even the manager who’s face was like thunder it was like it was too much trouble will never shop here again rude staff and don’t have a clue about stock let alone customer service. I work in retail myself I’d be appalled at my staff if they were like this .
