I bought a pair of shoes in store and tried to return them a few days letter. There was nothing wrong with the shoes and I decided to return them due to a change of mind. Upon trying to return them at the same store I was told by a member of staff and then the manager of the store that they don't provide refunds. Alternatively, they only offer a credit note or exchange. This was not explained to me when purchasing the shoes otherwise I would not have bought them. I then asked for a telephone number of Customer Services only to be told that they don't have one!!! I found an email address online for them and sent them an email explaining my customer experience. Once again I was told a refund was not an option. I then asked for the complaints procedure only to be told they don't have one and I must speak with the store manager!! £140 down the drain...absolutely disgraceful and I will never shop there again.
