Horrendous to deal with, sent me damaged trainers around 10 days ago,no invoice or returns label, webchat and portal doesn’t recognise my order, no contact numbers and frasers group does not answer calls,Spent hours trying to contact including email which I had a reply to 5 days ago after sending all images of faults, told they were sorry will sort it but supply more images which I did ..5 days later still no reply ! Opened dispute with bank now, spent thousands over the years..do not I repeat do not buy online from this company..you will regret it if you have an issue and there’s many others who’ve had a similar issue ! Angry customer !!!
