Ordered an item for click and collect, normally within 3-5 days, original email said it would be ready the next day but had no email so went to track it. Then said it would be ready by Saturday, 5 days after I originally ordered it. Saturday comes, no email, I call them and all they have to say is ‘it’s been delayed’ no reason why, no indication of when it’s going to be ready, no estimated date just that I should wait. Finally Tuesday comes and I get an email saying it’s despatched, over a week from originally ordering it, but the updates leave a lot to be desired. Giving this a poor instead of a very poor because the staff when going to collect it seemed polite and organised, more than I can say for behind the scenes.
