I firstly ordered these trainers in April and received damaged shoes with marks on them so sent them back. Then waited weeks to receive a refund and I thought it was wrong so I asked for some sort of discount for the bad service. I was told I wouldn’t be able to be gifted 10% then they agreed to it then was told If I purchase again the discount will be added to my account. So I purchased another pair of the same trainers but didn’t fit unfortunately so was told to refund them and give them the old and new order number. So they could process the refund still waiting after a number of weeks and still now I’ve had no refund.
So this has went on since April and still now I would not recommend this company as they have bad response times. They don’t deal with problems professionally I have to send a number of emails to get a response.
