Ordered items totalling nearly £200 and still no signs of delivery. Sick to death of sending emails, currently on my tenth and still no answers. This company does not think twice about breaking its own terms and conditions so freely. Struggle to believe I can not cancel this order and claim a refund, pretty sure this must be some form of theft if a payment is taken and the goods have not been received and no indication of when the items will be sent. HORRENDOUS, only use these if you have money to throw away for no return. I now look forward to the copied and pasted response they will give me.
