Call handler very efficient and l appreciatethey busy nature of the business but was told the date then to be cancelled by the towing guy saidvhecwoukd come next day in the morning before lunch then said it would very around 6pm then bring back as l had a medical appointment and said he was in the area and would arrive within 15 minutes...waited in a total of 2 days but prompt communication with DVLA
