Upon confirmation, they said one of their drivers would call me closer to the collection time. On the day, the driver called 20 minutes before arrival. When he arrived (a very friendly guy), he took a picture of my driving license, explained they would handle all the paperwork, and assured me that payment would be in my account by that afternoon or the following morning. Everything went very smoothly. The only reason I deducted one star is due to my lack of understanding of the whole process. While it all went smoothly in hindsight, I would have preferred more detailed written information about when, where the pick-up would be, how the payment transaction would be processed, and how long it would take. This would have put my mind at ease and assured me that everything was on track during their otherwise seamless transaction.
