I was happy with the price offered for my car.
I was happy with the pick-up arrangements and the professionalism of the driver.
I was happy with the pyment arrangements and the prompt payment.
I would have prefered to have received a confirmation email that the car was being picked up the day before the pick-up and with an expected time of collection. As it was, I was given just 5 minutes notice of pick-up.
