all apps disappeared one night (as expected) but never came back.
i am absolutely sorry for installing this stupid app that doesnt allow me to access it from the device it controls so I can totally disable it.
now I am waiting for the support to answer ... they say "in a few hours".
the best thing is, I am on trial period and I didnt pay money for it.
