Seems to be working well on my daughter's android smartphone. She hates it of course but it was necessary to control her screen time and to monitor her on social media.
BUT - it did not work at all on my son's Iphone 5. All the apps disappeared and would not come back. We had to delete the app and won't be using it again on Apple products.
Also disappointed that you cannot use on Windows PC / laptops. Would be useful.
