I have in all my years never had such a bad customer experience as I have with screen with envy, they obviously cannot fulfil the orders they already have because I have been waiting since mid February, told lie after lie after lie so far I have been given two separate distribution dates both fake be warned that what Pallex told me was that they seem to scanning goods into the system but not following through with delivery so it looks like they have been distributed but the delivery company’s are not physically receiving them, then when you complain they are blaming the delivery company’s but obviously they can not deliver what they have not been given, this is just a snippet of the run around I have been given this is no way to run a reputable company. It’s criminal that they continue to falsely advertise, break the contractual agreement by taking money for out of stock goods claiming next day delivery and not delivering in reasonable time, displaying brazenly such customer disservice and are able to continue to trade this way. I have given up contacting customer service because there words are empty and deceitful. I have had to resort to reporting them to trading standards and watchdog and am prepared to take them to court as they seem to think there bully behaviour is acceptable but it is not fair to treat people this way
