Wow....First review got deleted so I will write another one.
I ordered three large screen and because the description on the website wasn't clear I took the trouble to contact customer services, who should know the product, and ask if the screens came in 3 sections or 1 pieces. I was told the 2 screens I ordered would be in 2 pieces, so I proceeded with the order.
When they arrived, there were 6 pieces. They were not joined. I couldn't use them and more to the point their staff gave me the incorrect information. I have written proof of this.
I asked them to collect the screens and refund me.
They have refused.
Firstly the wanted ME TO PAY to return them at a cost of between 50 and 100 pounds.
Secondly they took so long to respond to my email asking theu refund me they then claimed it was outside the 14 day returns period.
I'm now going though my credit card and klarna. Will be going to trading standards and watchdog. This company are an absolute joke. The products are over priced and I spent 900 with them to be treated like this. Literally the worst customer service I have received anywhere in years.
