What can I say, bunch of liars, they take your money then Fob you off with such fairytale as we will be in contact again in 48 hours, we'll the 48 hrs has turned to 72 and no word. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Looking at B&Q now, at least they have real people and not faceless liars
