Ordered 3 screens & 2 posts in dove grey from this company. They came quickly (although not the next day delivery as promised). Unfortunately only 1 of the screens matched the colour of the posts. And then the fun started. Umpteen emails over several weeks resulted in an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. The customer service department is woeful. They quote from a set script constantly trying to absolve the company of any fault. Even went so far as to suggest we painted them. The founders, Sophie & Tom Birkert constantly hide behind their customer services team. There is no way of contacting them direct. After threatening legal action I was sent 2 replacement screens - but these are a different grey too. Their quality control is non existent. The products are shipped in from China & shipped out to the customers. I doubt the contents are even checked. Certainly no attempt appears to be made to match colours of the screens & posts being despatched. I would never order from this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Read the positive Trustpilot reviews with caution. They are happy to leave "invited" positive reviews on, whilst deleting "invited" unfavourable reviews They are currently trying to have my independent negative review removed. If the positive reviews on here & on Trustpilot are genuine, then think yourselves lucky that all went well with your purchase.
