Installed professionally as per website guidelines.
First weekend after being fitted (to a flat brick wall for decoration) we experienced heavy rainfall. The boards distorted and bent and buckled.
Contacted Screen with Envy who refused to deal with my complaint because the screen had been installed. No refund and no return. Despite them not being fit for purpose, have had to order the 15mm screens at my own cost.
