Bought fencing and a bespoke driveway gate which I waited 3 months for, spent over 5k .The gate that arrived-well, someone in a CDT class would have done a better job, nothing bespoke about it. Driveway posts were deeply scratched. Asked for refund and a replacement standard gate-no refund for bespoke element, replacement posts damaged but not as badly as first delivery and the gate well only half was delivered and the half had lots of bits missing. Action is being taken against them as they are arrogant and too busy on tik tok posting nonsense.Appalling! Please don’t give them a penny, the pictures are so far from reality and it’s just been a nightmare that’s taken nearly a whole year of my life and left me in tears .
