Diss branch. It was my first ever visit to Scrivens so I didn't know what to expect. The staff are so friendly. I had a hearing test and I needed hearing aids. Everything was explained to me as we went through, both during the test and the fitting of the hearing aids. The audiologist was friendly and made me feel at ease. There was a trainee audiologist there too who was also very friendly. It was overall an excellent service and I'd highly recommend them.
