I ordered two plates on 2nd Feb I received 1 today 19th March. I have emailed 13 times or more over the last three weeks to find ask questions and received not one reply. I didn’t even know what I was going to receive. It’s the worst online service I have ever received. I cannot understand why no one would respond to my questions despite emailing me to advertise Scully and Scully products and to tell me a parcel was on the way. They also originally made a charge for two plates despite only having one to send. I even passed a complaint to S and S through BBB to try to get someone to reply to me. In addition I only found out that they only had one plate to sell me 20 days after I ordered them and only when I sent an email, in addition I only found out I was going to receive something when my bank checked to see if the payment requested by Scully and Scully was fraudulent. Nobody even told me my acceptance of just the one plate would be processed.
I am very very upset.
