Worst company ever.
I had 3 flights and there was a self-transfer with a guarantee. The first flight was delayed, hence I ended up missing the rest of them.
Couldn't get anyone on the phone for a while and when I did they said I should've contacted them prior departure, however the flight was short so it was difficult to tell whether the next flight would be missed. But it doesn't end there, the customer rep then proceeded to change his answers as to why I won't be getting a refund. Figured they just want to say anything just so they won't have to return the money.
Absolutely horrible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
