Reservation 1007-751-037: change of return flight by the airline, MyTrip missed to reissue ticket for one of the 8 passengers (infant). I contacted them ahead of the departure to request the ticket. Communication very tedious with this agent. I finally got a revised ticket mentioning the name of my infant but I discovered during check in that my infant was not on the passenger list so could not board the plane. I had to take another flight with my child, I requested refund of both our tickets for months since it was clearly their fault, I was promised my case was under review. I never got news nor refund.
