Found flights through skyscanner for particular dates, went through to mytrip.com and the website crashed 3 times on the payment page. Once the payment finally went through the return flight date was wrong. Have spent an hour a day on the phone / chat to them for the last 2 weeks and they are denying liability. To add insult to injury as they are investigating the price has continued to go up to change the flights which were booked incorrectly at no fault of my own. The difference to book directly with the airline was around 200 AED per person and it has costs me twice as much to book with these cowboys. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Literally a scam and there is nothing that can be done about it. Management has meant to call me three times within 24 hours and they never have. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
