Booked a flight and the payment went through. Then I don't get an order confirmation from the company.
If you then talk to customer service they say there has been some IT trouble and the money will probably be back in a few days.
The money has been deducted from my account and I have not received any money or ticket back.
Avoid Mytrip, Gotogate, Flight Network, Supersaver Travel, Etraveli which is run by the Swedish Travel Group. Pay a little extra and you will avoid a lot of headaches!
