Disappointing Experience with "Flexible" Flight Booking I booked a flight through Trip.com that was clearly labeled as flexible, expecting I would be able to change or reschedule if needed. However, when I contacted the airline directly, I was informed that my ticket was not flexible and changes were not allowed. I reached out to Trip.com for clarification and refund options for rescheduling, but unfortunately, no refund was processed and the support was not helpful in resolving the issue. This experience was very disappointing and misleading. If flexibility is advertised, it should be honored. I urge Trip.com to be more transparent with ticket conditions and provide better customer service in such cases.
