Please NEVER book with this company!!! My wife was supposed to take a flight with me, but she couldn’t because her mother had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. I filed a claim with MyTrip, and they told me I had to pay a penalty for changing the ticket, plus the fare difference, and an additional $40 service fee for their work. Later, I found out that this change should have been free due to a medical emergency. They never informed me of this and instead tried to charge me $1,800 to change a ticket that originally cost $600 round trip. It’s been 9 days, and I’m still waiting for them to make the change at no cost. Every time I call, they just say, “Be patient.” Do not use this service if you don’t want to ruin your trip.
