I bought two FastLane tickets from My Trip Online and only later discovered I had been enrolled in a so-called “subscription” without any clear notice or informed consent. They kept charging my credit card without authorization. They ignored my emails, and the customer service number they list doesn’t even work. This is classic deception. When I contested the charges well within the legal 14-day cooling-off period, they hid behind vague small print and a “free trial” I never knowingly agreed to. According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), I am entitled to cancel within 14 days unless I explicitly waived that right, which I did not. I’ve now filed a chargeback with my credit card company and forwarded all correspondence as evidence. This company preys on busy travelers, hiding critical information in fine print at the worst possible moment. In my opinion, this is predatory and unethical, scammers. Do not trust them. Avoid at all costs.
