Today I met Corey Taylor from the Bristol Cabot Circus Branch. She did the works, my cut, my colour and the service from her was brilliant! I felt at ease as soon as I met her and the results were great! She talked me through everything, gave me honest answers as to the results I could achieve given the state of my hair when I walked in. She clearly has a passion for what she does and the company! I will be going back to visit her again. If I could add anything else about the salon itself I would say that although Monday's are traditional quiet on this occasion there were several walk in clients with no receptionist which meant the two people (Corey and Tom) who were in had to answer the phone see to the walk ins and attend to their clients. This did not impact on my experience however as a suggestion a receptionist on a Monday is needed so that Corey and the team can do what they do so well and wow their clients! I think service is the most important thing for me, above pricing, so it was great to see the time was spent with me and the knowledge Corey had about hair was the best I've heard!
