I've been attending the Putney Salon now for well over a year. Tomm looks after me - very well! I've built a great relationship with him along the way as he's got to know me and my hair, listening to what I'd like but also making sure he applies his expertise to recommending what would work and what perhaps wouldn't - bearing in mind my particular hair type. Tomm cuts my hair, colours it and maintains it regularly - I've also had a couple of Brazilian blow dries with good results. Last time I visited a few weeks ago Tomm did a great job of the cut and even personally gave me a fabulous massage - bearing mind he's the store manager I felt very privileged he did this himself and he did a very good job evidenced by how I'd melted into the seat! In general I always enjoy attending the Putney salon - even though it's slightly out of my way. Everyone I've come into contact with has always been friendly and attentive so it's well worth the travel :-)
