I visited the Putney salon today 07/11/15. They encountered operational challenges whilst I was having a full head of extensions. They had lost power to the shop due to a horendous water leak from the dwellings above. Water was gushing in and the salon was full of clients in every seat. What amazing service and customer care to all. They sent each client with the stylist to complete the service at the local Toni & Guy. They got me to wait in the local coffee shop and I was joined shortly by Tom, the manager to ensure I was okay. He took me back to the salon where they were going to continue with my extensions. When Tom and I arrived there was an Electrian who had cut all power to the site. At this point before I could even ask what the plan was, Skyler said she was taking me to her house to finish my full head of extensions. What amazing team of people. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. Sam.
