my stylist is Layla at the Bristol salon and this is my 2nd visit. I have long hair, am middle aged but not up for a conventional middle aged do. Layla is really good at understanding where i'm coming from and I trust her to give me a great cut that I can live with.She's also a very nice person to spend an hour with - interesting, funny, and she's never asked me where I'm going for my holidays. The salon experience at SH is great, i don't have much room in my life for relaxation and this is a real treat. I have warned layla that she is not to disappear - I need her in my life. It would take a lot to make me move to a different salon now, the prices are fair and there are loyalty schemes+special deals, Sunday opening is a real bonus, and it is just a relaxed and confident environment to be in. It's great that you don't get badgered to buy products but the information about what's been used is available, and the staff are very friendly but not insincere or patronising. SH Bristol gets my vote. Nikki Donovan.
