Sky is talented, creative, fun and engaging to talk to, and the consummate client service oriented professional. The first time I met Sky 5+ years ago, she asked me several questions and listened attentively to what I wanted from my hair and about my lifestyle, then she politely gave me suggestions on what would best suit my hair and face, given how much time I wanted to spend on my hair. The style we worked out together for my hair is relatively simple, but I travel a long distance to see her in Putney, because she always does a good job, the Putney team looks after me well, and because I like her, I trust her, and also because... frankly, I like to know that I am being looked after by the very best.
