Jade, at the Epsom branch did my colour last week - she has been doing my colour for quite a few years now. She is a star!!!! Before we started to had a look at how the old colour had developed over the weeks since I had last had it done, we talked about what I liked about it, whether I fancied anything new etc. Jade suggested a slightly different tone of the existing colour - something a little darker and richer for the Winter. I liked the idea - and trusted her anyway! It is sooooo much better than I had imagined, even though I knew it would be good! I love it!!!! And not only did my husband notice that I had had it done but he also said it looked brilliant!!! Thankyou!
