Recently went to Bristol Branch for a scheduled appointment. Had to wait a long time ( at least 40 minutes) to be seen. This happened before. What is the point of making appointments if they cannot be kept within a reason ? Was not offered anything to drink either.
The new loyalty scheme is not very rewarding either. It was by far better under the previous scheme where 10% discount applied and 30% on the 6th visit .
Very disappointed with this Branch as service has deteriorated over the last few months . I am considering a different salon.
