Stephanie at the Canary Wharf branch has been amazing over the last few months. I went to the Canary Wharf branch from a recommendation of a friend at the end of August. I had not had my hair cut since May when my previous hairdresser had cut my hair so badly that I still was unable to style it. Stephanie sat with me and advised that the only thing that could be done at that time was a Brazilian blow dry, as there was no hair for her to really cut, it had been thinned so much on the previous cut. She has since worked with me getting it into a place she could actually cut a style into it. All the time explaining every step of the way. She has been amazing and I am so thankful to her for all she has done.
