I had an appointment with April from the Sutton branch today for a cut and blow dry. I explained to her my hair had been butchered at Rush in the Summer and I had left it to grow; I just wanted it to be in a better, more manageable shape. I really appreciated the way April sat down beside me and really took the time to listen to what my issues were, what my overall aim was and advised me what I could do. I felt for the first time in my hairdressing experience, she was actually "listening" and she felt it was important to get it right... which is becoming rare with hairdressers. She was warm and friendly, checking periodically that I was happy with the cut and advised me on the aftercare. I may sound like I have been paid to write this but I genuinely enjoyed my appointment and will gladly return. Best of all she didn't butcher my hair! #Winning
