Have been going to your salon for years and always been so happy with cut and colour from one of your stylists. Today, thoroughly let down. Booked for highlights, which were great but the junior came and ruffled my hair a few times with the dryer and that was that! Why oh why wasn't I given a proper blow dry? If one wasn't going to be offered surely the receptionist would mention this???? I had to go home and completely blow dry my hair myself and then go out again. Not good value at £80.
Have been recommending this salon but will not in the future.
