Die Umverpackung war zerrissen und von DHL notdürftig repariert. Grund dafür war eine qualitativ völlig unzureichende Kartonage.
Die Skischuhe waren nur in einer Plastiktüte verstaut. Eine Rücksendung wäre wegen Beschaffung einer geeigneten Kartonage für mich Kosten verbunden gewesen.
