Ich warte jetzt über eine Woche auf Antwort zu meiner Reklamation. Angeblich geprüfte Ware war defekt gesendet, evtl. ist Verpackung schuld.
Statt einfach eine heile Kanne zu senden, muss ich die gesamte Kaffeemaschine zurückschicken, die dann wie andere Maschinen auch mit nur einer Kanne verkauft werden.
Ich warte seit einer Woche auf Zusendung des Retourenscheins und habe immer noch keine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine.
