Insgesamt gut, bin zufrieden. Mein erster Kauf (Eismaschine) war vermutlich eine Retourenware, das Gerät hatte jedenfalls eine Delle am Gehäuse, die mich nicht stört. Allerdings wusste ich das vorher nicht. Mein zweiter Kauf, den ich funktionsuntüchtig zurücksenden musste, hat offenbart, dass genaue Informationen wichtig wären: B-Ware und warum, Retourenware und warum? Das wäre hilfreich. Die Rücksendung hat problemlos funktioniert.
