Customer Service was outstanding. I had a couple issues originally with shipping my textbooks out since I don’t have a UPS Store near me. The customer service team made it a seamless and effortless transaction for me. Not to mention I got the best buyback price I could find anywhere online and they plant trees for every textbook bought back. Couldn’t recommend this program highly enough!
