My overall experience with Second Bind was great. They were accommodating of my shipment, and I received the payment immediately. There was confusion on my end, as the website indicates you can drop off your package at UPS, but the printed label indicated FedEx. Regardless, I love that the app lets you scan the ISBN's, it makes the whole process so much more convenient.
