Overall it was a good experience. Bette was the representative I was in contact with. She was helpful and professional. The only thing was a few days after my books were picked up, another representative called me asking if my books were ready for pick up. It seemed inconsistent with my experience to date. I was concerned my books were lost. Luckily, Nette contacted me a few days later to confirm I would receive my payment within a day or two which I did. It also took a few days in between communications. Sometimes they would call, sometimes they would email.
