This is the second time I placed an order, from Germany. I really struggle to find good quality linen here at a reasonable price. It is quite common here to have two separate duvet sets on one bed, for each person. We don´t subscribe to this, so the larger sizes are hard to come by. The first time I ordered the parcel arrived looking rather 'disheveled'. All the goods were there, but I asked Customer Service to pack the second order I placed a bit more securely. I am well aware that ecofriendly packing is better, but it seems that International orders clearly take a bit more beating. I am happy to report that my request was responded to timeously, as well as the fact that my order was placed in a secondary cardboard box. Ecofriendly as well as a well packaged = safe arrival!
