Your service is very good. Offer of free of charge fabric conditioner when I wasn't happy with the feel of the bedding I bought. Friendly communication. However inferior product quality, apart from the lack of softness it also feels flimsy and snags really easy.wouldn't buy it again or recommend. That said it is only one particular product I am reviewing, others may be better.
