I ordered a linen duvet cover, pillow cases and a valance. The valance arrived as a flat sheet but Secret Linen very quickly arranged for the the correct item to be delivered at the same time as returning the sheet. I was impressed with the customer service offered and the no nonsense approach. I really like the linen bedding and will be ordering more in the future
