Such a lovely company to deal with. I ordered the teal linen and they sent me duck egg by mistake. One quick phone call to a very friendly and helpful person, and less than 24 hours later I had the correct colour (which I love, and which seems to be very good quality) and the wrong one had been collected at the same time. They also included a hand written note of apology. Combined with the beautiful presentation of the products in the package, this really feels like a company that cares about it's customers and wants to please them. Mistakes happen, but when they're dealt with like this it's really no big deal, and it leaves a very good impression.
