Lovely designs, high quality cotton, great service, and speedy, really well-packaged delivery. Fully 5* in those areas. Only one niggle - fitted sheets seem to be made for the very deepest mattresses; mine is a new, good quality one and certainly not thin at about 10.5in/17cm deep and yet the fitted sheets are a bit loose and you don't get that nice fit, and it can ruck up a bit, so it needs re-stretching each morning. Minor-ish point. Maybe offer a choice of depth rather a larger, standard size. So, the score for the fit is 4* Happy customer otherwise, for several years.
